FAQ

How can I return damaged or incorrect items?
We will accept return of merchandise only if in unused condition and must be in its original packaging and the notification is within 7 days of receipt. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. 

Please note that returned merchandise does not cover cosmetic damage, neglect, artificially damage or fair wear through normal use, etc. (see user manuals)

We will issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For returned merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
 
How fast do you ship my parcel?
Usually we ship the parcel on 5 - 7 days of your order if everything is in stock. We work from Monday to Friday.

Will I receive a notification once my parcel has been shipped?
Once your parcel has been picked up by EMS, TNT…/Express we will send you an automatic email with the tracking number included to the email address which you have entered in the check out process.
