Return Policy

Return / Exchange Policy & Notes:

Except for products that are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period under "The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales", the 7-day appreciation period (7 days including holidays) begins when the product arrives to you.

Return and exchange instructions:

The 7-day appreciation period is only for you to review and confirm whether the product meets your needs and is not a trial period for the product; please keep the original packaging (including the outer carton) intact if you are prompted to do so by the store, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

If you have a request for return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "return product name", "reason for return and photo", etc. Our customer service staff will assist you with the return and exchange upon receipt.


Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
2. The goods have been unpacked and used, or the damage caused by human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scuffs, scratches, dirt.
3 Returned goods' package is incomplete, or invoice, accessories are not complete.
4. Malicious or mass returns.

Return process:

Contact customer service → Confirm  goods is exchangeable  → Prepare complete goods and invoice → Provide time of receipt and contact information, address → Will be collected by the logistics commissioned by our end.
* Once the products are sent, the shipping cost will not be refunded.


Refund instructions:
Credit card payment: After confirming the successful return, the money will be refunded directly to the credit card account where the original payment was made.
